Elevator 2 Apartment 4

SHOW WITH INTERNATIONAL SIGN

A comedy of 2 women find themselves trapped in the elevator of a Milan apartment building on a Sunday evening. Ingrid, a successful architect, and Marisa, a cross-dresser waiting for a client, begin a dialogue that shifts between

irony, intimate confessions, and moments of tension. Their forced confinement exposes childhood fears, personal fragilities, and hidden truths.

The stalled elevator becomes a metaphor for a society that imprisons and judges, but also a space for unexpected encounters and mutual recognition. Through humor, memories, and painful revelations, the two characters grow closer, sharing gestures of acceptance and surprising intimacy. While framed as a comedy, the play addresses profound themes such as gender identity, loneliness, and the universal need for human connection.

With : Paola Severi & Daniele Latagliata
Directing :
Lorenzo Laudo

Duration :
40 min

Production :
LABORATORIO ZERO
